Returns Policy

14-Day Returns We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return: • Items must be unworn and in original condition • All tags and packaging must be intact • Wigs must not have been cut, styled, or altered • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
